Hal H. H. McClanahan, III

I have been a general practitioner attorney since graduating from the University of Mississippi Law School in May, 1970.

During my forty-five (47) years of trial practice I have learned to draw on all of my life experiences together with my legal background and training to provide the best representation for your cause, whatever it may be.

My practice is centered primarily in the Golden Triangle area of North Mississippi in Lowndes, Clay and Oktibbeha counties in Chancery, Circuit and Federal District Courts, representing individuals, corporations, banks and real estate agencies. My legal experience includes representation of clients in loan closings, toxic tort litigation, product liability, divorces, business litigation, social security matters, estate probation and closings, family law, negligence and criminal law. Basically I have experienced every facet of the general practice of law with success.
